WHAT EXPIRY DO AKAME COSMETICS HAVE?

Can I use Akame products if I am pregnant?

Our cosmetics are of high quality and made with organic products, but in the case of pregnant women we prefer that your doctor decides it.

Are Akame Beauty Natural cosmetics suitable for those allergic to peanuts or other tree nuts?

We cannot guarantee that our products contain traces of peanuts (or other nuts). It is highly unlikely that a person allergic to peanuts or other tree nuts will have an allergic reaction when using a cosmetic.

In any case, we advise you to consult your doctor and test the product in a small area to see if the product is tolerated or not, for example on the elbow where the skin is more sensitive.

Are Akame Natural Beauty products nickel free?

Akame Natural Beauty products do not have added nickel (or nickel salts). Nickel is an element that is found in the form of traces (infinitesimal amounts) in water, clays, etc. and therefore we cannot guarantee that the products are totally free from the presence of this element.

How does Akame Natural Beauty add color and fragrance to its products?

Our products do not contain any type of synthetic coloring or perfume. The color is obtained from plant extracts. The fragrance is always obtained from natural essential oils from plants.

I have rosacea, what do I use?

As rosacea is a clinical picture, you should consult a doctor.

Do Akame Natural Beauty day creams include special UV protection?

Most facial care products with declared UV protection contain different chemical filters for sun protection whose use is ruled out in certified natural cosmetics.

Therefore, Akame Natural Beauty day creams do not include any added filter for sun protection.

The use of sun protection means can contribute considerably to the protection of the skin in the summer months. The need to use a physical solar filter is necessary.

Are Akame Beauty Natural cosmetics hypoallergenic?

Our cosmetics are of a high quality. However, it is not possible to guarantee that a product will not produce any allergies since one occurs when a person has a special sensitivity to a certain substance that is harmless to other people.

The substances contained in our products are mostly of natural origin and of the highest quality, there are no harmful substances, but they can produce an unwanted effect on a certain person. Thanks to INCI labeling, which includes all the ingredients present in the product, you can determine if you have an allergy to any of them and avoid it in the future.

Where can Akame Beauty Natural cosmetics be purchased?

In organic cosmetic stores, herbalists, parapharmacies, eco-stores and beauty centers specialized in natural treatments.

Can I buy without being registered?

You do not need to be registered to order from Akame Beauty Natural. Even so, creating an account has many advantages: you have your personal data at hand (name and surname, delivery and billing address, e-mail, telephone, etc.), so you will not have to enter them again when you do other orders. In addition, you can manage your orders and view your order history.

Where do you ship?

You can shop at Akame Natural Beauty regardless of your geographic location. However, delivery is only available for the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

We cannot deliver to Ceuta, Melilla or the Canary Islands because these provinces do not belong to the VAT zone. The introduction of merchandise is subject to the payment of special customs taxes, and, in the case of the Canary Islands, also to the IGIC import duty, which would imply a high price and shipping delay.

What payment methods do you accept to pay for my order?

The payment of your order can be made with a credit / debit card or PayPal.

If you select the card payment you will be redirected to a secure environment of our banking partner where you can enter all your card details. Remember not to close the page until you have returned to our website and seen the order confirmation screen.

To buy with PayPal, by selecting this payment method you will be redirected to a PayPal page where you must identify yourself and validate the payment. Once validated, you will automatically return to our website.

Why is my bank card not working?

We remind you that the only payment cards accepted in our online store are debit or credit cards. If your payment card gives you an error, we recommend you check:

  • Your account balance.
  • That you have correctly entered the numbers on your card.
  • That the validity date of your card is still valid.
  • That your card is domiciled in Spain.
  • That online operations are active on your card.

If you have entered your bank details wrong, simply enter them again in order to validate your payment and finalize your order.

I need an invoice, how do I request it?

Send us an email to [email protected] and tell us your order number. Remember that you have it available in the confirmation email, as well as in your order history.
You will receive it within 48 calendar hours.

Can I return an order? / How do I return an order?

Upon receiving your order placed on our website, you have a legal period of 14 calendar days (excluding weekends and holidays) to return, at your expense, the items you want to be reimbursed. The products must be in perfect condition, unopened and in their original packaging.
